I had a really good experience ordering from them. The books are lovely, and their customer service is truly excellent. There was a small mix-up with my order,they accidentally forgot to send one of the books and sent another book instead. However, they were extremely kind, humble, and cooperative about it. They kindly sent me the actual book that was missing and, to my surprise, did not even ask me to return the book they had sent by mistake.
