1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

Pre‑orders & Backorders: Items on pre‑order or temporarily out of stock may take 3–5 business days to process; we’ll keep you updated.
2. Shipping Destinations

Domestic: We ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan.

International: Currently unavailable. For special requests, please email us at order@bookone.pk.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

5. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you’ll receive an email containing your shipment’s tracking number.

Visit the carrier’s website (Leopard’s Courier or TCS) and enter your tracking code for real‑time updates.
6. Delivery Issues & Claims

Damaged or Lost Shipments: Report any damage or non‑delivery within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Claims Process: Email photos of damage or proof of non‑delivery to order@bookone.pk. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations

To modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
